Overnight oats CARROT CAKE OVERNIGHT OATS

1. In a jar with a lid mix the Quaker oats with the milk and yoghurt.

2. Add the carrot, maple syrup and pecan nuts in layers.

3. Sprinkle with cinnamon, close the lid and refrigerate overnight or 4-5 hours before serving.

 

Ingredients

    ½ cup Quaker oats
    ½ skimmed or vegetable milk
    ¼ cup grated carrot
    2 dstsp maple syrup
    ¼ dstsp powdered cinnamon
    2 tbsp finely chopped pecan nuts
