Overnight oats OVERNIGHT OATS WITH PEANUT AND CHOCOLATE

1. Mix all the ingredients thoroughly in a bowl. Pour into a jar and close the lid.

2. Refrigerate overnight or for 4-5 hours before serving.

Ingredients

    ½ cup Quaker oats
    ⅔ cup condensed sugar-free milk
    ⅓ cup 2% fat strained yoghurt
    ½ dstsp vanilla extract
    Up to 2 tbsp maple syrup (optional)
    2 tbsp peanut butter
    2 tbsp cocoa powder
    Pinch of salt
