Porridge BANANA BREAD PORRIDGE

1.Stir oats with all the ingredients in a pot and let it boil for 5 minutes

2. Remove from the heat, pour into a bowl and add banana and pecan.

3.Optionally garnish with yogurt, sliced banana and pecan.

 

 

 

Ingredients

    2 cups Quaker oats
    3 cups mill
    3 tbsp brown sugar
    1 tsp cinnamon
    ¼ tsp salt
    ¼ tsp grated nutmeg
    1 cup smashed ripe banana
    2 tbsp pecan, chopped

    Optionally
    Yogurt, sliced bananas, more pecans
