Porridge CHIA BERRY SWIRL

  1. Stir Quaker oats with water in a pot and let it boil for 5 minutes.
  2. Remove from the heat and pour into a bowl
  3. Stir fruit, chia seeds and ginger in a mixer (add some water if the mix is too thick)
  4. Add Quaker oats in the mix in swirls and garnish with yogurt, coconut and honey.
Ingredients

    ½ cup Quaker oats
    1 cup water
    ½ cup fresh or frozen red fruit (blueberries, raspberries, blackberries)
    1 tbsp chia seeds
    ¼ tsp cinnamon
    ¼ tsp ginger, grated
    1 tbsp strained yogurt
    1 tsp dried coconut, no sugar added
    1 tsp honey
