1.Stir Quaker oats with water in a pot and let it boil for 5 minutes.

2. Remove from the heat, pour into a bowl and add ricotta, orange zest and honey.

3. Garnish with orange slices, walnuts and sprinkle with sugar  

Ingredients

    ½ cup Quaker oats
    1 cup water
    ¼ cup low fat ricotta
    ½ tsp orange zest
    1 tsp honey
    3 orange slices
    2 tsp walnuts, chopped
    1 tsp brown sugar
