1.Stir oats with milk or water and vanilla in a pot and let it boil for 5 minutes

2. Remove from the heat, pour into a bowl, add fruit and yogurt and optionally garnish with scrap and sunflower seeds.

Ingredients

    ½ cup Quaker oats
    ½ cup milk or water
    1 tsp orange scrap
    ½ tsp. vanilla extract
    ¼ cup raspberries
    ¼ cup blueberries
    ¼ cup blackberries
    2 tbsp. yogurt
    1 tbsp. Sunflower seeds
