1.Stir Quaker oats with water or milk in a pot and let it boil for 5 minutes.
2. Remove from the heat, pour into a bowl and garnish with banana, dates, seeds and pecan.
40g Quaker oats
100g milk or water
½ banana, sliced
30g dates
1 tsp pumpkin seeds
1 tsp pecan
