  1. Heat the oven at 180οC. Put greaseproof paper on two buttered baking pans.
  2. For the topping, mix Quaker oats with flour and brown sugar in a large bowl and add butter and peanut butter. Mix well.
  3. For the brownies, melt chocolate and margarine in a pot at low heat, stirring often.
  4. When mixed, remove from the heat, add sugar, vanilla and eggs and mix again well.
  5. Add flour, Quaker oats, baking powder and salt. Mix again.
  6. Divide the mix and put it on the two baking pans and sprinkle with the topping. Bake for 20 minutes.
  7. Let the brownies cool completely.
  8. For the sandwich, leave on brownie on the baking pan, cover with ice cream and then put the second brownie on top. Press slightly.
  9. Cover and deep freeze for several hours, until it is completely frozen.
  10. Let it in room temperature for 15 minutes prior to serving.

    For the brownies

    1 cup chocolate drops
    ½ cup butter or margarine
    ¾ cup sugar
    1 tsp vanilla
    1 cup flour
    ¾ cup Quaker oats
    ¼ tsp salt (optional)
    ½ tsp baking powder
    Vanilla ice cream for the filling

    Topping

    1/3 cup Quaker oats
    3 tbsp flour
    2 tbsp brown sugar
    1/3 cup peanut butter
    1 tbsp butter or margarine
