Recipe
In a food processor, blend until smooth; the peeled frozen bananas, the frozen strawberries, the nut butter, the mylk and the pinch of sea salt. Divide the nice-cream portion equally in two bowls and add 4 TBSP Quaker crunchy oat bites with chocolate in each bowl. Decorate with freshly cut strawberries and cacao nibs. You can also add chia seeds or oven-roasted almonds.

Ingredients
(for 2 servings)
8 tbsp QUAKER crunchy oat bites with chocolate
3 frozen bananas peeled
7 frozen strawberries
2 tbsp peanut or almond butter
2-3 tbsp mylk (i.e. almond milk or oat milk)
a pinch of sea salt
6 fresh strawberries
1 tbsp cacao nibs
Optional: chia seeds or oven-roasted almonds
