1. Stir all ingredients for the sauce in a bowl and set aside.
2. Heat 1 teaspoon olive oil in a large non sticky pan and cook onion and garlic for 10 minutes, until onions are tender.
3. Stir Quaker oats with milk and let it soak up for 10 minutes.
4. Stir Quaker oats, turkey minced meat, cooked onions, parsley, grated apple and add salt and pepper.
5. Sprinkle some flour on your hands and shape 4 patties.
6. Heat the rest of the olive oil in a non sticky pan. Fry the patties for 6 minutes on each side in medium heat, until the turn red and crunchy and are cooked inside.
7. Serve the patties on toasted burgers or chapata bread, with mayonnaise, lettuce and a generous dose of sauce.
50g Quaker oats
80g milk
500g turkey minced meat
2 onions, chopped
3 tsp olive oil
1-2 garlic cloves, peeled and cut
1 big apple, peeled and grated
1 handful parsley, chopped
Salt and pepper

FOR THE SAUCE:
3 large tomatoes, chopped
Juice from 1 lime
1 small green chili, chopped
½ tbsp sugar
Salt
½ red onion, chopped
